As NeuroBlade enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Business Development Director to join our fast-growing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic business development, establish robust alliances, and target sales within top-tier accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and establish strategic relationships with new, major, high-potential hyperscale accounts in the U.S. datacenter market.
  • Act as a "door opener," leveraging industry connections to introduce our groundbreaking solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and expand relationships with early adopter customers to foster growth and build strong alliances, ensuring continued alignment with client needs.
  • Utilize advanced sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets, emphasizing winning new business by effectively positioning and selling innovative concepts.
  • Apply deep knowledge of acceleration cards (including FPGA-based) and data storage solutions to address specific customer needs with our SQL Processing Unit (SPU™).
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing/ Information Technology/ Computer or Electrical Science, or a related field.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, targeting, and selling B2B technology products.
  • Proven experience in launching brand-new products to market.
  • Experience in running sales for hardware datacenter products.
  • Highly connected / holds strong relationships with relevant key decision makers on the big tech eco system in the US.
  • Agility in fast-paced environments, adept at understanding market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Assuming full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, including managing sales strategies and contacting potential customers.
  • Highly independent individual, with strong internal motivation, self-management skills, and a strong work ethics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
