Responsibilities : Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's objectives and long-term growth. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Develop financial plans and models as needed for business growth, new operating initiatives, performance enhancement, taxes, improving profits, reducing expenditures, and creating new business opportunities. O versee and analyze all cost expenditures related to the manufacturing process. Manage cash flow, investment activities, and financial risk to optimize financial performance and mitigate potential risks. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team effectiveness and professional development. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar field is requires. Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or similar discipline strongly desired. Certifications of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is favorable. Coursework and seminars in management and supervision of people, and relevant courses in finance. Coursework and seminars to maintain currency in the finance field. Training in EOS is desired.
