Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering or a related field (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar). Proven experience in research and development, with a track record of innovative projects or product development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using design and simulation tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
