Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) The HC Brand Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the following: * Brand and Communications Management: * Oversee all forms of communication for consistency in HC branding, voice, accuracy, tone, grammar, and engagement potential. * Manage, write, and/or publish engaging and compelling content across various channels to inform, educate, and increase HC awareness and consideration among diverse audiences. * Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient communication with franchisees and existing partners. * Marketing Plan Development and Execution * Develop, manage, and execute the HCs brand marketing and communication plans, inclusive of strategy and tactics to generate B2B leads and sales, increase loyalty amongst current partners, and launch of new business initiatives. * Proficient in the use of marketing tactics, such as CRM, Tradeshows, SEM, to communicate and engage prospects and leads. * Support HCs annual marketing budget to achieve marketing goals. * Marketing Research and Analytics * Passionate about the health and wellness of HCs target audiences, relentlessly seeking key insights to turn into actionable marketing strategies and tactics. * Ability to establish KPIs and analyze data to measure marketings success performance. * Stays up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies related to HC business. * Collaboration and Integration: * Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve and innovate Healthy Contributions' brand and communications efforts. * Partners with key stakeholders to promptly address any HC communication-related issues on appropriate channels such as workplace platforms, forums, and social media. * Engages and manages agency and consulting partners to develop and execute to get the marketing work done.
