Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Status: PRN - Flexible opportunities available throughout the week

About CPT:

We provide a wide range of rehabilitation services, including:

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehab

Memory care services

Assisted and independent living support

Outpatient therapy services

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver top-quality speech therapy services in line with CPT's and the facility's goals

Maintain high standards of care to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals

Perform essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the rehab department

Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and third-party payers to support comprehensive care

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Communication Disorders

Licensed to practice in Illinois or Wisconsin or eligible for licensure

Possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or currently completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
