Title: Post Trade Senior Program Manager

Location: Whippany, NJ

Duration: Long Term

Description:

Take the lead on executing the change required to deliver against agreed program objectives.

Understand 3-5 year plan and build towards it for the following components and ensure the project is building towards it for the following components: (i) RFT and Market Risk Outcomes; (ii) Target IT Design; (iii) Target Business Process; (iv) Methodologies.

Develop and manage execution, optimising timelines, resources and ensuring a strong focus on incremental and agile delivery.

Co-ordination and control of program delivery, ensuring execution is interlocked across work streams.

Responsible for set up and management of program governance, to manage working groups and management meetings as required to support delivery.

Maintain a future focus, looking ahead to ensure project risks and issues are managed effectively.

Review quality of project deliverables through the project lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

Large scale program management and governance experience.

Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly.

Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations and Group Functions i.e. Risk and Strategy.

Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Integrity and trustworthiness in order to maintain the team's reputation and standing.

Confidence to deal with multiple stakeholders in different clusters, some of a more senior level

Excellent PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
