As a member of our Maintenance team you will keep the AssistedLiving Community, surrounding buildings and grounds in clean and orderlycondition and maintains furnaces, air-conditioners, and boilers to provideheat, cool air, and hot water for residents. Maintains building, performingminor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and other relatedmaintenance activities, using hand tools. Replaces air-conditioner filters. CompletesMonthly Maintenance checklist. Assistwith Disaster preparedness including fire and disaster drills. Notifies management concerning need for majorrepairs or replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Cleanssnow and debris from sidewalk and grounds. Oversees landscaping services and ifneeded Mows lawn, trims shrubbery, and cultivates flowers, using hand tools andpower tools.

Qualifications:
- Minimal of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
