B2B Sales New York, New York Minimum Experience **Experienced** We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional clients in assigned institutional market channels.

Main tasks:

* Lead the client acquisition process and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales objectives;

* Identify and cultivate prospects and/or clients;

* Find new and develop existing client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth;

* Serve as the primary contact for all client needs, requirements and expectations. This includes but is not limited to the preparation of quotes, providing customer product demo, formal proposals, presentations, management of change requests and responsible for liaising with the financial department;

* Provide accurate and on time sales performance data reports and information to co-manage strategic decision-making;

* Collect and make analysis of customer feedback;

* Participate in the clients business, competitors analysis.

Essential requirements:

* Relevant experience of active sales (within IT/FinTech company would be a plus);

* Deep understanding of IT product selling processes and techniques;

* Successful record of institutional sales growth and customer satisfaction;

* Experience using CRM (HubSpot, AMO CRM or others) to manage and forecast sales opportunities;

* Good analytical skills to identify trends and patterns;

* Positive and proactive approach;

* Motivation to search for alternative solutions for a problem;

* Strong get things done approach.
