We do that by providing the most accurate, tolerant and affordable continuous hydrogen sensors for monitoring of industrial processes that generate or use H2, including transformer condition monitoring. The Marketing manager is an entrepreneurial digital marketing specialist with a deep understanding of brand, content, PR and effective B2B lead generation strategies that drive consistent and repeatable inbound lead generation. Responsible for the branding, communication, and marketing for H2scan, including digital, print and social media, you will manage the website, media coverage, promotional materials, tradeshows and events. Engage with associations, channel partners and customers. You will be a key member of the customer facing team, collaborating with sales, product management and leadership to help increase market and brand position.

Responsibilities

Accountable for designing effective 360° marketing campaigns to launch new products and grow/maintain existing product business. Partner with sales management to plan and execute campaign programs. Create and deliver accurate promotional analyses and data/insight driven recommendations to senior leadership to drive product growth. Work closely with New Product Development and Sales to develop marketing plans, datasheets, applications notes, white papers and other sales collateral. Develop, execute and maintain H2scan marketing plan to drive our new customer acquisition & revenue goals. Develop engaging content to position H2scan as the leader in our core markets Develop H2scan core content pillars driving engagement across multiple channels (website, newsletters, PR, social media, podcasts, partnerships, etc). Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns across the buyer journey via multiple channels (e.g, social media, influencers, PR, events, paid advertising, CRM, etc.) Own the full marketing stack and funnel KPIs, creating a data lead approach to testing and development of our product and marketing. Manage new and existing contractors and partners to execute tactics to achieve our goals

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing, is a fantastic writer and thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving organization. A degree in communications, marketing, or public relations is preferred. Agency experience a plus. 5+ years of marketing experience. Ideally, with a focus on content, growth or product marketing. A proven track record of successfully implementing B2B demand-generation campaigns, with experience in branding engineering technical products. Familiarity and experience with gas sensing, in particular Hydrogen applications is advantageous. Comprehensive skill in marketing media and modern communication methods. Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques, media, and marketing techniques. Is intellectually curious; continuously strives to understand more about the customers applications, why and how, and looks for the best way to solve their problems. Can demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Communicates succinctly, responds to customers in a timely manner. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple simultaneous responsibilities and multi-task. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate media activities and special events. A well-organized and self-directed individual with strong time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, WordPress, and related software.
