Come join our team This position requires personal contact with residents, a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects ofoperations. You must be able to work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision.Position Highlights:Heavy duty cleaning, maintenance of institutional equipment and vehicles.Keep records of work performed.Coordinate work with other departments so as not interrupt patient care or normal business functions.Able to be on call for emergencies.Perform or direct duties concerned with floor maintenance in the center and outside cleaning of the parking lot and surrounding areas.Perform or direct heavy custodial duties such as scrubbing and buffing, cleaning of basement, storage, utility areas, washing walls, ceilings, outside windows, changing screens and storm windows, changing light bulbs in ceiling fixtures and cleaning duties in very high places, removing and disposing of garbage and trash.Run errands, handles incoming and outgoing freight, lift and moves heavy furniture and equipment, and other miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor or administrator.
