Position Overview:
Lead marketing individual
responsible for the development and execution of all marketing plans and activities which include advertising, digital, website, social, sales collateral, and other marketing support/events as required. This person will need to be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while working with digital agencies, design freelancers along with leadership, product, and sales representatives.
Well-versed in content production and written communications and has experience in a multitude of marketing channels. With a strong focus on the execution (social media, writing, content usage and development). Contribute to media planning, industry and market analysis and measurement of marketing efforts.
Essential Job Functions:
Annual Marketing Plans – Help lead all advertising, digital, event, sales support and agencies in the execution of annual marketing plans. Work with agency partners, marketing, and product teams on a daily basis to ensure proper execution of annual marketing plans and activities. Set key metrics for tracking activities and ROI.
Annual Marketing Plans – Assist in quarterly review of marketing plans to ensure execution, make necessary adjustments, and partake in communications to organization, sales, and distributors.
Digital – Lead digital strategy in the upgrades/adjustment of websites (with digital agency) to promote the brand, business, existing, and new products
Social Media – Build annual social media calendar and develop content to drive brand and product awareness
Agency Management – Work closely with key marketing and digital agencies.
Marketing Budget – Development and tracking of annual marketing budget and monthly forecasting.
Support Materials - Lead all brand and product collateral (sales support, product catalogues, sell sheets…)
Brand ID - Key contributor for all brand vision, strategies, brand ID guidelines, and new acquisition integrations for product and marketing.
Trademarks & Registration – Work with legal team to search and secure.
Act as PR specialist in any key corporate or brand active or event
Collaborate on the writing, development, and production of key training session (product, industry, regulatory…) as required

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field required
Experience:
4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, digital, communications, advertising.
