Our client in Albuquerque, NM is looking for a motivated customer service candidate to join their team. This is an office role within a logistics company. Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 6am-2:30pm Pay: $16-$18 per hour If you are interested in this position, please apply directly

education: High School

Responsibilities

•Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

•Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

•Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

•Monitor progress of delivery routes

•Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

•Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment working weekends
