Workday Testing and Data Conversion Analyst

Location: Remote
Lead and execute testing and data conversion activities for assigned functional area in support of Workday deployment.
They will create and execute test scripts for assigned functional area (focus will be primarily Time & Absence, with potential secondary support in payroll space)
Coordinate End to End test scenarios among the various teams (functional process owners, technical teams, workstream leads), managing the connection points and hand-offs
Log defects and retest, ensuring resolution (ex; approval routing that isn't going to the right Spin-Co person)
Complete data conversion validation, using Workday reports and Excel comparison formulas to ensure accurate data is loaded according to country requirements

Ideally, seeking 5+ years' experience
Minimum education requirements Prefer a 4-year degree, but open to resources with equivalent experience.
Top 3* required skills, soft / preferred skills
- Detail oriented/excellent communication skills
- HR deployment experience,
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment
