Multiple Locations: Fresno, Sacramento, San Jose

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Facilities Maintenance

  • Conduct regular outreach to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly
  • Visit Health Centers according to the schedule established by the Sr. Facilities Manager; document conditions and discuss follow up measures with Sr. leadership for approval.
  • Respond to requests for repairs from Health Centers, ensuring repairs are scheduled in accordance with established standards and procedures, and ensuring the Sr. Manager of Facilities approves of requests outside established standards and procedures.
  • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Ensure appropriate recordkeeping is maintained including but not limited to entering and tracking information, maintaining permit dates, accurately recording requests and statuses and outcomes.
  • Inform Sr. Manager of Facilities of any emergency situations or outages.
Vendor Relations
  • Obtain quotes, work orders, and invoices of contracted service providers
  • Maintain records of invoices and services provided by external partners
  • Monitor service levels and ensure vendors adhere to agreed-upon standards
Administrative Support
  • Provide on-site administrative support to assigned location(s) as needed
  • Administrative support consists of checking in/out vendors and visitors, coordinating site visits, answering phones, distributing mail, and other administrative functions that may vary by site
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to perform the duties described above. A typical means of acquiring those abilities would be:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills/customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based project/task management software such as SmartSheet, Asana, Planner, etc.
  • Ability to adopt new technologies or systems
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive communications
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects
REQUIREMENTS
  • This position requires up to 40% travel per week
  • Travel may vary based on the needs of the organization
  • This position is a hybrid role that will require regularly scheduled on site work at a local Health Center or Administrative Office
