Riverhawk Company is a custom engineering design company. While we build a large number of custom hardware and tooling for power generation systems and other applications for companies such as GE, Siemens, and Johnson Controls, we also have a wide range of other product designs. As a leader in engineering-driven manufacturing, Riverhawk is looking to add a Quality Inspector to their team. This full time, first shift position is based out of the New Hartford, NY office.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform Receiving and Final inspection using applicable documents, and measuring and test equipment
  • Responsible for maintaining Inspection Records
  • Responsible of mechanical testing of materials
  • Preparation of documents for customer and Nonconforming Materials
  • Maintenance of Material Review Report (MRR) Log
  • Maintenance of Calibration and Heat Lot Logs
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards
What We Need:
  • Must be able to read and interpret manufacturing drawings per GD&T
  • Must be familiar with various measuring and test equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
  • Must be able to prepare reports
  • Must be willing to work as a team and cross-train within the department
