How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

You will supervise cylinder fill plant operations to ensure safe and efficient production of gaseous products.

  • Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches
  • Train and develop assigned personnel. Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel with Plant/Operations Manager. Recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.
  • Delegate or directly direct and coordinate plant activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize production.
  • Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.
  • Maintain all required computer and hand generated paperwork
Are you a MATCH?
  • Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of five years' industry related experience and/or training. At least two years' supervisory experience.
  • Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift operator certification
  • Valid Driver's License
