Grants and Compliance Director (G&C Director) will work under the supervision of the Executive Director (ED) and closely with the Finance Director and Associate Director. The G&C Director will be responsible for grant writing and reporting for all grants awarded. The G&C Director will be responsible for preparation of grant proposals and providing administrative support for grant submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
In collaboration with Admin Team, this position will support day-to-day activities of program teams as needed. Coordinating monthly meetings with Program Managers and Finance Director regarding grants. Collaborate with Associate Director and Program Managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and achievement of milestones and work plan deliverables. Support planning, coordination, and carrying out site visits.
Other Information/Requirements:
Required: Master's Degree + 2 year relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years relevant experience; or 6+ years relevant work experience. At least 2 years of grant administration experience including managing a federal grant. This position is located in Espanola, NM - Hybrid with required 3 days in office
