Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
  • Technical development of specialized internal tools to support marketing functions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to keep the company ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure appropriate Marketing & PR investment tracking.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with 2+years in a leadership or management position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in the Software Industry is a plus.
  • At least 3 references required.
