In this position the District Sales Manager is responsible for managing the overall business relationship with dealers and customers in MN, WI and SD. They will create business plans with distribution to meet company’s growth objectives year over year, and making sure the dealer network is constantly being developed to effectively serve customer needs.

Responsibilities Responsible for growing sales share, parts sales and service in the assigned territory of MN, WI and SD. Develops, implements, and executes annual business planning with dealer network addressing market share targets, annual order programs for whole goods, parts growth targets, marketing objectives, and training requirements. Must effectively plan territory travel, as the position requires weekly overnight travel to territories. Conduct customer clinics and product training (annually) in conjunction with dealers.

Qualifications Must have Ag. background. Must have 5 years of territory sales experience. Required travel is 4 nights a week. Must possess strong leadership skills, be professional, articulate, persuasive, client-service oriented, self-motivated, able to identify customer needs and resolve issues quickly, and highly responsive to customer requests. District Managers must have a thorough understanding of Kinze products, competitive products and able to clearly and accurately explain product and technical features.
