  2. Enter relevant data to track students through the process of recruitment-enrollment.
  3. Execute the enrollment process, including documentation of students’ information, guardian/family consent forms, and other necessary information
  4. Work with Program Team including but not limited to Educators and Student Support Director to ensure student roster needs are met prior to program start date
  5. Collaborate with Operations Team to support and prepare for students’ arrival to the Innovation Center for start of program

General (20%):

  1. Participate in TPZ all staff meetings, department meetings, and other matrix teams as needed
  2. Join TPZ classes to learn about the program and develop understanding that can translate to recruitment efforts (e.g.: stories, examples, knowledgeable presentation of the program experience)
  3. Support development of collateral materials to support recruitment efforts across various audiences
  4. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred, preferably in recruitment, admissions, or enrollment
