-Experience working with contracts and SOWs (management, administration, negotiation, etc.)
Description:
This person will be a key link among site procurement teams, divisional category procurement organizations, and corporate procurement category managers.
Maintain good relations with internal and external customers by ensuring professional behavior and by processing their inquiries on time
Proactively seek innovative ways to improve the procurement processes, cycle times, and customer service levels
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, end users, and suppliers
Develop business relationships with suppliers to preserve good business reputation while still obtaining competitive prices
Lead resolution on issues and invoice error
PO change management and communicate trends of changes
Resolves complaints and disputes between requestors, purchasing, receiving, vendors, and any other applicable stakeholders
Will be negotiating contracts for both direct and indirect vendors
Hours: Onsite
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
