This position will be client facing providing technical expertise and delivering projects. You will enhance our current team as we continue to grow our practices and expand services with our existing clients. The primary responsibilities of this position include: * Serve as a Drinking Water Treatment Process Mechanical Regional Technical Lead, providing guidance to clients, internal teams, and project managers within our Water and Wastewater Treatment Practice serving Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. * Work as a project manager and/or technical lead on municipal and industrial projects for the provision of wells, booster pump stations, drinking and raw water treatment plants and systems, and/or aquifer storage and recovery. * Collaborate with our team to strengthen our long-term relationships with existing and new clients from pursuit through successful project delivery. * Participation in professional organizations through active participation in organization leadership, leading committees and presenting at local, regional, and nation level events, such as Pacific Northwest Section of the American Water Works Association (PNWS-AWWA), the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA), the Water Environment Federation (WEF), and/or the National AWWA organizations. Qualifications include: * Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in the A/E industry specializing in drinking / raw / reuse water treatment. * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or closely related field. Master's Degree or PhD a plus, but not required. Registered Professional Engineer in Washington, Oregon, or ability to acquire within 6 months. * This professional should have an in-depth understanding of several of the following: water treatment including PFAS, arsenic, manganese, and iron removal; storage; and conveyance.
