Responsible for assisting all customers with order entries and any inquiries regarding the company. In addition, responsible for keeping all customers satisfied and happy with the company as their distributor and to accommodate them as best possible. To solve customer issues and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company including providing backup for reception and Will Call offices as part of customer service.

Serve customers needs by entering orders, credits and filling other varied requests.

Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner by phone, email and in person.

Work directly with sales staff as support and other departments to provide the best service to our customers.

Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.

Able to lift and carry 20 lbs. or more on more than an occasional basis.

Attend training and meetings to be able to provide current information regarding products and services to our customers in a timely manner.

Contributes to the team by performing administrative tasks such as email, scanning, and other duties as assigned.

Maintain a tidy work area.

Also may include the Will Call duties and Front Desk coverage

Schedule is Sunday Thursday, 8 5. May vary depending on business need.

Preemployment drug screening is required, including marijuana.

Position Requirements Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience 6 Customer service or Foodservice Industry experience

Preferred Qualifications: 1 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry.
