Duties & Responsibilities

  • Initial setup of each job in each division with the proper job numbers, administrative access, phase codes, and GL codes
  • Weekly job cost recording
  • Labor cost reports and user training
  • Vista/Team security set up and maintenance Assist with audits, including:
    • Corporate, Retirement, and Union audits
  • Assist with renewals on State (multiple) licensing and registrations
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation processes, including:
    • Accounts receivable
    • Assist with GL account reconciliation
  • Serve as a backup for Credit Card administration and management
  • Participate in vendor accounts receivable process
  • Assist with accounting and administration of Company provided retirement plans
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable field of study
  • Experience with licensing and registrations is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft office products
  • Vista experience is preferred but not required
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Developed office management and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
