Client Overview:

Our client, a national leader in healthcare, is looking to hire a Receptionist for their local clinic. This company's mission is to provide personalized patient care while supporting the growth and success of their employees.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16/hr - $18/hr

Position Overview:

The Receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. They will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks. The schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly.
  • Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation.
  • Make outbound phone calls to schedule upcoming appointments.
  • Maintain office inventory levels.
  • Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experience.
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
  • Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
