Your day may include:
  • Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research
  • Processing loan payments, completing skip payment requests, ordering Visa cards, etc.
  • Providing information about OURCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs.
  • Assisting Contact Center Supervisor and eService's Manager with related duties as requested
You might be a great fit if you have:
  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bonus points if you have previous financial institution experience
OURCU offers the following benefits:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance-We cover 90% of the cost for the employee and we have two medical plans to choose from; in addition, we cover 60% for qualified dependents. You are eligible the first of the month following 30 consecutive days of employment if you work 30 hours or more per week Medical/dental/vision for EE only is $94.41 or $138.49 per month based on benefit choice
