As the Director of Financial Reporting, you will take a leading role in the coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and footnotes associated with the Company's reporting obligations to various stakeholders. This role is critical to the reporting process, providing information necessary to meet the reporting needs of management, sponsors, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.

Essential Functions: Lead the preparation of GAAP financial statements for the Company and other reporting segments.

Preparation of the statement of cash flows. Coordinate the preparation of various schedules supporting notes of financial statements. Accumulate and summarize the financial information for internal and external financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to accurately report financial metrics and ratios as per debt agreements. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reports and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders. Work across the organization to drive internal reporting improvements and automation, managing the design of templates/workpapers, account roll forwards, and support for the reporting process. Manage the development and maintenance of OneStream and Yardi reports. Collaborate across all levels of the organization to collect and summarize significant transactions and major activities of the company for consideration and evaluation of accounting and reporting disclosures. Prepare GAAP checklists and tie outs of financial statements and notes. Prepare monthly CAO reporting package as well as sponsor reporting templates in collaboration with other teams, assisting with tie out of various presentations as needed. Maintain expertise in GAAP and assist with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements, including technical accounting research and preparation of supporting documentation, analyses, and accounting whitepapers for technical accounting matters as assigned. Prepare monthly journal entries and monthly/quarterly account reconciliations for assigned areas. Identify and lead department-wide process improvement/process automation projects. Interact broadly with various finance, accounting, external and internal auditors, and other teams, coordinating with internal auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting controls. Ad hoc projects resulting from various activities of the company.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 10-12+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, or combination of public accounting and industry/private equity. 5+ years of experience in a financial reporting role. Expertise in US GAAP and reporting standards. Proficient in technical accounting. B.S. or equivalent degree in accounting. CPA highly preferred.

Skills: Highly organized with great attention to detail, coupled with the ability to see and communicate the big picture. Self-motivated individual with strong judgment and integrity who takes ownership, committed to precision and excellence in all work products. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to solve practical problems and navigate situations where limited procedures exist. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Workiva, or similar reporting tools. Proficient in accounting research and position documentation. Strong working knowledge and experience with general accounting and reporting applications, with OneStream or similar reporting tool experience preferred.
