As an Organizational Change Management Consultant with Digineer, you will act as a coach and advisor to leaders who are change sponsors and influence managers and stakeholders from a people perspective.

You will develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans to support specific project implementation needs throughout our client’s business.

Responsibilities Include:

Facilitate and lead client meetings to assess change management capabilities and maturity Ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and determine the scope of the change effort Work independently or as a team to create and administer the design and development of a prioritized, future-state roadmap for implementation; including a business case and ROI Develop organizational design recommendations; present and refine recommendations with executive leadership and stakeholders Implement OCM principles, create and enact communication & training plans; establish goals and tools to measure utilization Understand, develop, and prioritize a list of potential areas for waste elimination

Required Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated success in providing influential OCM leadership and effectively driving change through innovation & process improvement in varying environments Understanding of OCM principles and methodologies Solid understanding of project management disciplines and deliverables to be deployed at the various stages of a project Ability to assess and leverage corporate culture, strengths, and constraints to support effective change management Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished presentation, time-management, and organizational skills Ability to mediate, moderate, and arbitrate complex and ambiguous situations Extensive experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques Proven experience with Process Improvement, resulting in significant cost savings Solid understanding of key business and financial metrics Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder interviews Ability to manage all phases of the project life cycle, multiple currently running projects, and stakeholder expectations Prior consulting experience is highly preferred (not required) Change management certification or designation desired – not required (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, or others)
