Alex Ramos Training is a premier soccer training business and social media brand, led by Alex Ramos, the most sought-after soccer trainer in the US. With a following of 3 million on social media, we are dedicated to providing top-notch training and engaging content for our community. We are looking for a creative and organized Content and Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: - Film 5 high-quality videos per week featuring Alex Ramos and training sessions (7.5-15 hours/week). - Edit videos with a keen eye for detail, ensuring they align with Alex Ramos's brand (5 hours/week). - Post videos, create engaging captions, and develop creative ideas that resonate with our audience (5 hours/week).

- Campaign Management: - Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including creating proposed ideas and captions, specifically for Alex Ramos Training (2-3 hours per campaign/week). - Execute campaigns, ensuring all deadlines and details are met (10-15 hours/week).

- Collaboration and Coordination: - Coordinate with Alex Ramos and the Executive Assistant to align content with brand strategy and schedule. - Work with additional videographers and creative professionals as needed.

Requirements: - Proven experience in content creation and video editing, preferably in the sports or fitness industry. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok. - Excellent writing and creative thinking skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer training content is a plus.
