Our client is a leading organization north of Milwaukee seeking a temp to permanent Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of billing and invoicing experience plus possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This is 100% in the office Monday through Friday. Please apply for immediate consideration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices for services rendered to clients.
  • Compare original to actual billing proposal related to time and expenses in Concur.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.
  • Work closely with project managers and techs to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned on accounting team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • At least three years of prior billing and invoicing experience in a high volume, complex environment required.
  • Experience in construction accounting or related job costing environment a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel required.
