About job:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems. This position is essential to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Call Center Agent, you'll handle a variety of calls, ranging from general questions about our products and services to more complex issues that may require deeper investigation.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the management system accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide up-to-date information.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in responses while adapting to customer needs.
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism throughout customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications related to customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
