- Understanding of networking application and testing is aplus.
- Understanding of electronic manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of Quality Management System and keycomponents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including workingknowledge and experience applying 8D Issue Resolution Processmethodologies.
- Extensive experience driving quality improvements, whileengaging collaboratively with both internal key stakeholders as well asexternal customers and partner.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally withManufacturing Operations, Assembly Process, Test Process, and ProductEngineering team to analyze yield loss and field failure, implementedand validated closed loop action to ensure its effectiveness.
- Statistical analysis knowledge. Proficient working withlarge data sets, analytical tools, and capacity to present key findings.Python programming knowledge is a plus.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred) or BlackBelt certification (desired).
- Excellent interpersonal skills in all formswritten &verbal communications, ability to understand your audience and presenttechnical content to non-technical and technical team members as well ascompany leadership.
- Ability to propose innovative approaches, tackletransformation of legacy business processes, negotiate and influenceoutcomes.
ExperienceRequired
A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university inEngineering (Electrical, or Industrial) with a minimum of 12 years relevantexperience in a related industry is required. Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Semiconductor plus minimum 5 years of experience in qualityengineering
