Shift: Monday-Friday 7 PM-4 AM *OT as needed
Reports to: Operations Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures safety during shift
Prioritizes orders to meet outbound order production
Plans inbound to ensure product is available for outbound shipments.
Checks bays for incorrect placement of cubes
Investigates Warehouse Management System problems
Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational and maintenance problems
Meets with employees on a daily basis and provides productivity information
Requirements
Skill Set:
Education: High school diploma or GED; a minimum of twelve hours of college classes
Experience: Two years experience as a team leader
Preferences: Experience utilizing a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required skills/abilities:
Manages other employees confidently and effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Dependable, organized, punctual.
Demonstrates passion to lead.
Operates with a sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to integrate and communicate clearly and easily with other team members, as well as end-users at all levels.
