You will lead the development and execution of advanced, bespoke PX solutions that promote employee growth and foster high-performing teams and organizational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with Business Leaders: Proactively anticipate and stay ahead of development needs, presenting relevant solutions to address evolving business requirements for the function and LOBs supported.

Coach, Consult, and Diagnose: Work with business leaders to identify needs and recommend tailored PX solutions.

Change Leadership: Act as a change agent to redesign PX processes and support business transformations.

Analytics and Insights: Utilize data to develop new or enhanced PX programs.

Engage with LOB Leadership: Regularly meet with LOB leaders to discuss key PXBP topics and strategies.

Your Immediate Priorities:

Connections & Team Building: Build relationships with cross-functional LOB leaders to understand the LOB's ongoing talent needs. Within the first 60 days, build the foundation of a trusted advisor with the assigned LOB Leaders.

PX Strategy Alignment: Understand the ongoing PX needs of the organization within the first 90 days.

Strategic Initiatives: Learn the business and drive the execution of talent and people programs that align with the needs of the LOB/Function that you will support that remain balanced with the overarching PX Strategic Priorities.

Who You Are:

Strategic Consultant: Excels at building relationships and aligning solutions with business outcomes.

Experienced: 10+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, with at least 6 years in a consulting capacity within the marketing and agency space.

Knowledgeable: Proficient in advanced analytics, employee engagement, and performance management.

Industry Expert: Deep understanding of the marketing and advertising industry, able to quickly learn and adapt to Goodway Group's business environment.

Innovative: Continuously introduce best practices and innovative PX solutions.

Agile Leader: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at navigating change.

Lifelong Learner: A passion to learn and gain new skills, curiosity is part of your DNA
