Job Requirements

Details:
  • 5 years of experience working in a Child Welfare environment using the Welfare Management System (WMS) utilized by a local district (LDSS) and supporting its use.
  • 5 years of experience working directly with users in a human services arena providing training or technical assistance with WMS.
  • 5 years of experience interpreting regulations governing practice and program outcomes in relation to WMS and the populations it serves.
  • 5 years of experience with using CONNECTIONS, the primary child welfare application for the state of New York.
  • 5 years of experience leading or co-leading projects around WMS, IES, or other systems with an LDSS.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
