As an Amazon Connect Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions based on Amazon Connect to enhance our customer service and engagement capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Amazon Connect configurations. You will be working with the latest technologies and tools in the AWS cloud, such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, and more.

Responsibilities:
•Solution Design:
o Architect end-to-end solutions on Amazon Connect, considering scalability, security, and performance.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design customer-centric contact flows.
•Configuration and Customization:
o Implement and configure Amazon Connect instances to meet specific business needs.
o Customize contact flows, integrations, and other components to optimize the customer experience.
•Integration with AWS Services:
o Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services, such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB, to create seamless and efficient workflows.
o Leverage AWS SDKs to extend the capabilities of Amazon Connect through custom integrations.
•Performance Optimization:
o Monitor and optimize the performance of Amazon Connect solutions to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
o Implement best practices for resource utilization and cost efficiency.
•Security and Compliance:
o Ensure that Amazon Connect solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
o Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and privacy.
•Documentation and Training:
o Create comprehensive documentation for Amazon Connect configurations, integrations, and best practices.
o Provide training to internal teams on using and managing Amazon Connect solutions.

Requirements
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven experience as an architect in designing and implementing solutions on Amazon Connect.
•In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect capabilities, features, and best practices.
•Strong programming and scripting skills, preferably in Python or JavaScript.
•Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional certification is a plus.
