We are looking for a collaborative Traffic/ITS Engineer to join our East-Central Advanced Mobility (AM) group of about 50 transportation planners, traffic/ ITS engineers and operations specialists with a wide variety of talent and experience. As our newest team member, you’ll play a role in the development of plans, specifications and estimates for intelligent transportation systems, traffic signal design, traffic studies and other traffic engineering work tasks.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. •

Professional Engineering (PE) License, or ability to obtain one within 6 months •

Design experience with departments of transportation, planning, transit, and/or municipal agencies •

Strong technical writing and oral communication skills. •

Valid driver’s license and able to travel for site visits •

Must be resourceful, curious, and self-directed. Ideally, You Will Also Have: •
