We seek a B2B Customer Experience Representative to join our team and play a vital role in building strong client relationships and driving sales within our AT&T business solutions portfolio.

What You'll Do:
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with new and existing business clients, showcasing AT&T's products and services tailored to meet their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support.
  • Conduct consultations to understand business needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty while achieving sales targets.
  • Resolve client concerns or issues promptly, maintaining professionalism and high-quality service standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, or B2B account management (telecom experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • A passion for helping businesses grow through value-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain AT&T's products and services.
  • Goal-oriented with the drive to exceed targets and grow professionally.
