Beautician - Independent Contractor - Skilled Nursing Facility

Position at English Oaks Convalescent & Rehabilitation Hospital
English Oaks Convalescent Rehabilitation Hospital, a Generations Healthcare facility, is looking for a Beautician to cut and style the hair of our residents, making them look and feel amazing This position will be a 1099 contract position that requires the contractor to hold their own liability coverage and a business license.
Position Overview:
- Consulting with residents and staff in regard to cut and style needs.
- Create, develop and implement customized services based on family/resident request.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized working area as well as upkeep, sanitization and sterilization of tools and equipment needed.
- Must be a licensed and registered cosmetologist in the state of CA and have experience with senior hair styles and cuts, including roller sets.
- Must possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have liability, and business license.
- This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
