We are embarking on an ambitious initiative to completely reimagine the customer journey and build an omni-channel digital platform that enables a seamless transaction process whether online or in-store in collaboration with a large online retail partner. Overview As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing client success with our A2Z software. You will drive your client goals forward by leading consultative conversations, providing industry insights, helping to implement best practices, and staying on top of industry changes and process improvements. You will host regular meetings, provide training, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities across a high volume of A2Z accounts to ensure successful product use and retention. You will take a proactive approach in developing a positive customer experience, providing virtual and potential onsite visits to each account on an ongoing basis. Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) in Greenwood Village, CO, but this position can be 100% remote. You’ll be expected to be available during core “office hours”, which are based on US Mountain Time. Responsibilities Develop a positive customer experience fostering relationships and supporting brand loyalty while promoting client retention. Proactively manage your schedule, onboarding pipeline, and customer appointments. Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of how our end users utilize our solutions to optimize their processes and gain efficiencies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Implementation managers, by exchanging information including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise during new launches and module upgrades. Report dealer progress, including deliverables, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to both customers and management. Inform existing customers in your designated market of new products and enhancements. Assist in training module upgrades and feature enhancements. Conduct sales presentations and reporting calls with stakeholders and decision-makers. Serve as an industry expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights, and competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Document and track account activity using designated CRM and following outlined support processes. Continually enhance knowledge of A2Z products and services to provide the highest levels of support over time. Skills and Experience Required Minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer relationships. Ability to travel up to 25%. Demonstrate success with maintaining and growing a book of business. Experience working at a software automotive company and/or automotive retail experience. Demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven and multi-task environment. Strong understanding of dealership technology systems. Passion for client experience and ability to be a self-starter. Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to execute a healthy sales plan by selling solutions to large dealer clients. Proven capacity to implement and provide training for SaaS software solutions/sales processes. Must be coachable, curious by nature, and adaptable to change management needs.
