This requires collaboration with mechanical system and control hardware and software experts to develop the functional controls specifications, testing and qualification and ultimately support final product production in the Norman OK facility.

Collaboration in cross functional team projects to achieve project goals. Lead control engineers and technicians to test and quality controls/systems in the lab environment and field trial evaluations. Bachelor of Science degree is required, Electrical/Electronics is preferred. Experience with controls in mid-high volume appliance applications is preferred. Proven project leadership and/or management experience is preferred. I have been working in the HVAC industry my entire career. I have seen the roll of “controls” evolve from basic electro-mechanical devices to micro-processor based controls that enable so much more functionality -- enhancing occupant comfort, increasing product life and maximizing operating efficiency. In this role, you will be challenged to not only manage the controls, but also to learn the mechanical systems and collaborate with other technical experts to optimize the overall system to achieve the best solution for our customers and the environment. You will have the unique opportunity to work in the Norman, OK facility with access to all cross functional teams, a world class engineering lab and the manufacturing facility producing all of the commercial HVAC products.
