As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you'll partner with our executive teams, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to bring operational rigor to all or our talent processes and provide a stellar experience to candidates. You will lead a team of talent coordinators to improve and develop new programs, establish processes that allow us to scale, and evaluate systems and tools to ensure we have the right applications in place.

Your Responsibilities Include

    • Manage and develop our team of recruiting coordinators, ensuring our scheduling processes provide a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
    • Elevate the recruiting experience by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation of our talent acquisition systems, processesand tools
    • Develop strong partnerships with a variety of internal stakeholders and end users to better understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled or improved through operational excellence
    • Manage our ATS (Lever) and other talent acquisition platforms, ensuring effective processes are in place and data hygiene across all of our tools
    • Provide recruiting technology support to the talent acquisition team
    • Ensure all Talent Acquisition processes and frameworks are documented and communicated to the team
    • Manage recurring KPI reporting and deliver ad hoc reports and access to Talent Acquisition metrics based on business requirements to improve decision making

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations in fast paced, dynamic environments
    • Experience leading teams of coordinators, operations specialists, or project/program managers
    • Proficiency in modern talent tools, including Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and scheduling platforms
    • Great attention to detail, highly motivated and a passion to deliver the very best in Talent Acquisition Operations
    • Strong problem solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely
    • Successful track record in managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Excitement and alignment with our vision and belief that free people can do extraordinary things
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information to provide recommendations for our hiring programs and processes
    • Proven experience in leading change management for new tools, processes, and frameworks
    • Demonstrated ability to be nimble, flexible, and entrepreneurial
