As a Bank Client Support Specialist your role will involve facilitating the financial security of our members by engaging in needs-based sales and service conversations related to a single Banking line of business or product set. You will make a difference by identifying immediate and underlying financial needs and offering relevant solutions

Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming member calls and online messages in a fast-paced environment

* Use effective communication, probing questions, and critical thinking skills to identify member needs and provide suitable solutions, which may include offering banking products

* Manage multiple tasks, such as navigating between systems and resources efficiently

* Develop in-depth knowledge of our banking products to attract new members and enhance relationships with current members through product acquisition

* Advise and educate members

* Deliver outstanding member service by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism

* Apply strong time and call management skills to assist members with their banking needs

* Prioritize continuous improvement and development through coaching and collaboration with your manager and team members.
