We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at our Melville location. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in a hotel setting. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the front desk staff.

The successful candidate will be reliable, have excellent time management skills, and be a natural leader. They will be eager to learn and have a strong desire to grow with the company. The ability to follow up and follow through on tasks is essential, as is experience with Marriott systems.

The Front Desk Supervisor must be able to stand for long periods and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Basic Word and Excel skills are required, and the candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
