About Us:
If you are interested in becoming part of a collaborative CSR team that is focused on exceptional client communication and care please contact us - we have a spot waiting for you. We want every patient to receive the best medical care possible while communicating effectively with their owners every step of the way. FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us. No overnight CSR Shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills
- Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail
- An ability to engage in active problem solving vs problem identification.
- At least 1-2 year experience working in an a Specialty/ER, a traditional ER and/or a large high-volume day practice
- Organized and comfortable with new technologies
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication.
- Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital
- Manage a high call volume and mutli-phone line system
- Process payments, refunds and cash handeling
- Appropriately record information and maintain medical records
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced enviroment
- Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy
