**Customer Service/Loan Processor**

Roles and Responsibilities:

To start, you will be working with a team of people dedicated to helping customers find the best title loan option based on their current circumstances. We help facilitate title loans in 46 states and have a variety of different lenders each with different requirements. We are the largest title loan broker in the nation and are quickly expanding into other loan options.

You will have a large number of customers that you will be dealing with on a daily basis. We have our own software that helps keep track of our customers and their progress within obtaining the loan.

Requirements for the job:

1) You must know how to multi-task. You will have three computer screens and things open on all of them.

2) You must have a very positive voice that is easy to understand. If, by chance you are bi-lingual that is a positive but not required

3) You must know how to type. We are not looking for speed-demons here, just not hunt and peck.

Simply put we are looking for energetic characters who have a passion for helping others.

There's no cold calling at any point. Any lead that we have is from a customer who has applied for a title loan.

We have strong relationships with some of the nations largest lenders, so attention to detail and professionalism are essential to performing the job well.

This is a team environment so you must be able to get along well with others. We have friendly competitions every so often amongst each other.

Benefits:

* Raises are given based on contribution and growth, not on a schedule.

* Monthly bonus structure set up for group performance. If the funded loan goal is hit, each processor receives upwards of $500 depending on how many are funded that month.

* Employee raises are based on individual performance and not on a set schedule. Many of our employees receive their first raise in only a few months and continue to grow from there. We are expanding and always looking for new leadership.

* Laidback atmosphere. No management yelling at you, or hard quotas to make. Be on time, willing to work, and come with a positive attitude

* We begin offering health insurance after 90 days.
