Join Our Team as an Inbound Call Center Representative

What You'll Do:

What to Expect:

  • Start Date: 12/16 (Mandatory orientation on 12/12)
  • Shift Options: 8 AM-5 PM or 11 AM-8 PM
  • Location: 100% in-office
  • Job Type: Long-term temporary contract, full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls and associated data entry tasks
  • Support customers inquiring identity protection services


Skills Call Center Support (1 year of experience is required) Call Center Telephone Etiquette Typing Skills CRM Basic Computer Skills (1 year of experience is required)
Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Entry Level
