Client is looking for Temp-to-Perm candidates... ONLY temp to perm interested candidates at this time.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of crew's financial performance including site performance
  • Oversight of multiple Departments including coordinating efforts to establish site/crew/committee goals, strategic planning, PIP, marketing & community outreach
  • Supervising crew members delegating tasks
  • Communications with customers, project managers & other stakeholders
  • Organizing workflows & schedules
  • Maintaining equipment & inventory logs
  • Coordinating communications & engagement with Vendors & Subcontractors
Purpose:
  • oversees crew members including organizing & facilitating workflows at job sites
  • responsibility of ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality results

Requirement description :
  • Master's Degree is Business Administration - REQUIRED
  • 10+ years of pertinent experience - REQUIRED
  • excellent leadership qualities, communication skills & industry specific knowledge
  • operational understanding of Department services, budgeting & functions
  • ability to think quickly to resolve issues that may arise while ensuring timely reporting to Sr. Mgmt. or Regulatory Agencies
