East Windsor Branch . The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and business-oriented to achieve the growth, compliance, financial and customer satisfaction goals. Our branch managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations, provide training, overseeing delivery schedules, inventory management as well as order reconciliation. PERSONNEL: Interviewing, Training, Evaluation, Scheduling and Discipline Coordinate with and support salespeople’s activities Quotes, Order Entry, Scheduling delivery of orders OPERATIONS: Oversee sales, branch growth and customer service excellence. Maintain profitability through budget preparation as well as monitoring revenue and expenses. Maintain inventory at optimal levels Ensure all team members comply with company policies, procedures, and vision Ensures that building, grounds, and showroom provides a safe workplace for employees and customers Monitor cylinder exchanges for accuracy of type and quantity Schedule daily route deliveries to maximize efficiency Promptly receive shipments and transfers Assure accurate placement of stock and prompt filling of open orders Make sure safety protocols are observed. Promptly report incidents to the Safety Director Ensure all applicable laws relating to this industry are observed Perform your duties and responsibilities following the

Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations. Prior parts or service counter experience is a plus Welding or industry knowledge is a plus Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on morale of branch, and organization. Ability to move product on and off store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout branch on a continual basis required.
