Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

  • Oversee project and task management, attend kickoff meetings, allocate resources, set timelines, and manage workflows.
  • Act as liaison between Creative, Influencer, Strategy/Marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Conduct review meetings, track feedback, and coordinate revisions.
  • Communicate with external partners to ensure alignment on project expectations.
  • Anticipate and address creative team needs, supporting accountability across deliverables.
  • Manage multiple complex projects across brand initiatives.
  • Organize project briefings and gather necessary information.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and creative agencies.
  • Uphold and enforce team processes for effective execution.
Required Skills for the Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in project management or creative services, focused in social media and digital platforms.
  • Creative agency experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of video production preferred.
  • Proactive attitude, creative problem-solving, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
